What's it like working at a credit union?
22 July, 2023Working at a credit union has been a rewarding experience for me. I enjoy the tight-knit community and the fact that we're focused on member benefits rather than profits. I've learned a lot about financial services, and the work-life balance is excellent. However, the career progression might be slower than in a traditional bank. Overall, it's a fulfilling job that offers a unique perspective on banking.
